PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: (By booking you are agreeing to these policies) •A valid credit or debit card along with a $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment to ensure the appointment is made and the policy is upheld. Your card will be charged for the deposit upon booking. The deposit goes towards your service and the remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. •NO EXTRA GUESTS •10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, APPT WILL BE CANCELLED IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE •NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE(S) AND BANNED FROM BOOKING INDEFINITELY •24 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING Failure to provide notice within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). •NO FOREIGN FILLS, meaning I do not work over other lash techs’ work. You will be required to book a removal. •Day off/after hour appointments will be charged an additional $25 fee. PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: •Please come to your appointment with clean lashes, meaning no mascara, striplash glue, eye makeup, or face makeup or a $10 fee will be added to your appointment for a lash bath. •Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment. •Make sure to use the restroom before your appointment. •Silence your phone. •Bring earphones if you'd like to listen to your own music. •Always text me when you arrive and I will let you know when I’m ready for you. NO REFUNDS: I do not offer refunds. If you experience extreme fall out of your lashes or are unsatisfied with your service, you have the first 48 hours after your service to contact me and I will do my best to adjust your service to your satisfaction. After 48 hours, I am not held responsible for how well they hold. Please follow all aftercare instructions to maintain the lash extensions. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions, I will remove them free of charge. ALLERGIC REACTIONS: Allergic reactions can occur immediately after application or develop even after having extensions for years. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during the service, please contact me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. I will remove the extensions free of charge but a refund will not be given as it is something out of my control.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I require a 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) to your card that you used to book.
Deposit is only transferable if I cancel your appointment for any reason. Otherwise you forfeit your deposit and have to make a new one.
NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
